Christmas Holiday Shipping & Schedule
*Please note that we do not guarantee that items will arrive in time for Christmas. All dates shown below are estimates. Should you place an order before the shipping deadline, your package should arrive in time. Although we will try our best to have the order processed and shipped, we do not guarantee delivery by Christmas as all our shipping carriers do not guarantee delivery (ie. adverse weather conditions, custom delays, heavy package backlog, Covid-19 related delays, etc). Please be aware of this....If you select expedited service, we will ship ASAP as you requested but we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas since all our carriers are not offering refunds on their shipping service for late deliveries.
Are you a last minute buyer? We have some unfortunate news for you....it's too late. Please accept our apologies but to ensure delivery, online orders for in-stock items must be placed very early this year. Any rude customers will be denied service and their order will be cancelled (zero tolerance). Most customers don't read our messages but if you are reading this....kudos to you!
*Below dates are subject to only IN-STOCK items shipping to major urban centres and are not valid for Pre-Ordered items. All items marked as "Pre-Order" has not been released yet by the manufacturer. Even if you place a "Pre-Order" item before the shipping deadline there is no guarantee that we will receive our shipment from the manufacturer in time for Christmas delivery. Due to the pandemic and supply chain issues, please do not place orders for Pre-Order items hoping for Christmas delivery.....it's not going to happen.

Our shipping will be delayed during the holidays from December 22nd to January 2nd. We will have a skeleton staff ship online orders during this period. However, please expect slight delays during this period.

Our offices will be closed during the holidays from December 22nd to January 2nd inclusive. E-mails will still be viewed and answered on a regular but very limited basis. Phone calls will not be answered during this period. No pickups will be allowed during this period. Beginning January 3rd, we will be completely open for biz.
