Payment, Shipping and Tax
Note: All orders placed on www.Cmdstore.com will be charged in US dollars. If you wish to be charged in Canadian dollars please visit www.Cmdstore.ca where all orders placed there will be charged in Canadian funds.
When does my order ship?
There is usually a 2 day lead time before your package is in transit. Assuming you did not order a pre-order or mixed in a pre-order item with in-stock items then we usually label an order by the next business day which is then picked up by the carrier at the end of the day to be transported the next day to the carriers depot for processing.
Example:
1. order placed Friday
2. order labelled on Monday (next business day)
3. Package picked up by carrier Monday
4. Carrier drops off package the next day (in this example on Tuesday)
5. Package is in transit Tuesday.
Shipping services offered
We offer different services such as USPS, UPS & Canadapost, etc.... Please note that one service is not faster than the other service. If one service is more expensive than the other it does not mean it will get there any faster. We also reserve the right to pick which service to ship out your order with unless otherwise specified in your order (i.e. You chose UPS specifically then we will use UPS).
Credit Cards (VISA or MASTERCARD)
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.
Please understand that we process orders very quickly. Most orders are processed within the same or next business day. For that reason, it is important to make certain your order is accurate. If you wish to cancel your order after the package has been shipped, you are responsible for the delivery charges.
Paypal
Unfortunately we no longer accept Paypal on Cmdstore.com however if you absolutely want to pay with Paypal then we still do accept it on our Canadian website here: www.cmdstore.ca where the prices are listed in Canadian currency.
Money Orders
We no longer accept money orders as a form of payment. Please do not send payment by old fashion mail.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on a combination of how many items purchased, the weight of the products, dimensions of the package, and destination. Shipping fees includes shipping, packaging materials and labor. With the high price of Oil, it may be expensive depending on your location. Please use the shopping cart to determine availability of product and the shipping charges to your location by entering your country and postal/zip code. You can then click "Calculate Shipping" and the shipping fees will be shown. You don't need to provide a credit card unless you decide to place the order.
We have noticed an increased amount of customers providing a wrong or incomplete (ie. missing apartment or suite) address and then complaining that they have not received their package. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MIS-DIRECTED PACKAGES IF YOU GIVE US THE WRONG ADDRESS. Please take your time when typing your shipping address during the checkout phase.
CANADA
All CANADA orders are shipped either Canada Post or UPS Ground and takes about 3 to 10 business days. Shipping fees to Western Canada will be much more than Central/Eastern provinces since we are located on the East coast. Please use the shopping cart to determine the shipping costs. All prices listed on the website are in US dollars.

UNITED STATES (USA)
USA orders are shipped either US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground and takes about 5 to 10 working days. If you have an address that can only accept a certain shipping method, please state this at the time of your order to avoid any delays/errors in your shipment. We are not responsible for non-delivery if you provide an invalid shipping address.
There are no taxes or duties for U.S. residents if the value of the order is under $800. Over $800, customers may be subject to duties/taxes by your local authorities. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these additional fees.
INTERNATIONAL
Presently, we only ship to certain countries (please view our list using the shopping cart). It is not cheap shipping overseas. It will be expensive. We ship either by Canada Post Airmail, US Postal Service EMS, UPS or Deutsche Post and it takes 5 to 25 business days for delivery. WE DO NOT OFFER SURFACE SHIPPING OPTIONS. Please be aware that all international customers may be subject to duties/taxes by your local authorities. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these additional fees. If your country is not listed, then we do not ship there.
All International customers will be charged in US dollars. Your bank will convert the amount to your country's currency on your monthly credit card statement.
